Corporate Weel Photography is part of Ingrid Weel Media Ltd, founded in 2006 by Ingrid Weel. Ingrid is a vibrant & energetic photographer who specializes in people portraiture.
Her creativity combined with her background in film and television make her work exciting and eye-catching, and even the most camera-shy subjects come back for more. Essentially, Ingrid is an artist and brings that aspect of her personality to the most clinical of her corporate subjects.
She received her BA at First Class Honours in Media Production from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle in 1994, specializing in Black & White Cinematography. At her graduation she was awarded the prize for Best Visuals in the short film "All The Kind People" written by Erland Erikkson. This award was judged and given by feature film Director Mike Figgis.
After university Ingrid Weel worked in the camera crews of the British Film and Television Industry first as a clapper loader, then as a focus puller. Her photography and film work mutually complement each other in their respective skill sets. She went professional with her photography in early 2006, and since then she has earned the Associate distinction from the Royal Photographic Society.
Ingrid lives in the quiet town of Chertsey and her corporate photography work is mainly based in Surrey although she has many clients in London and abroad.
